Tapped Out, a local taphouse and kitchen is a Napu Brewing Taphouse owned and managed by AP Group.  Its founder and partners Perry Inos and Michael Sheu started Napu Brewing Co to create a craft beer culture in our small community.  For us, it is more than just drinking craft beer. It's building a community locally through food, beer, and fun. Tapped Out is a place where others from anywhere around the world can come to share stories, start relationships, and enjoy craft beer alongside each other. 

 

The founders started three brands under Napu Brewing Co.

 

• Napu Brewing Co. to brew local craft beer and share it with the Marianas and Asia-Pacific area. 

• Tapped Out, is the first taproom in the CNMI to experience Saipan Craft Beer, paired with other Craft Beers from Guam and Internationally.  Our food is made and served by Angry Penne, Italian cuisine.  Our kitchen will also feature Chamorro-infused cuisine. 

• Black Out, is the first members-only Speakeasy within the Taproom complex. To feature a private meeting area serving TOP, Topshelf Liquor, Cigars, and Hookah.
